Goal: To create a fictitious product to show my capability as a Product Manager and to show my process of thought of starting a product 0→1
Timeline: This is a 12 Week Project. I have a planned vacation during this time, so I will be taking some time off to enjoy quality time with family and return to work when I get back.

In the first version of ApplyMate, success will be measured by adoption of the core tracking feature, consistent weekly engagement with progress dashboards, and user-reported increases in clarity and confidence. Long-term, success will expand to retention, resume tailoring utilization, and multi-stakeholder adoption (coaches, recruiters).
